Viewing/Inspection trips

•  £ 250 – a three day package per person, includes: flights, transfer and accommodation (1 full day viewing)

Inspection trips are specially organized property viewing tours.

These types of trips usually take about 2 to 4 days. During the time you spend in Bulgaria we will make sure that you view a wide range of properties in an unhurried manner.

The whole inspection trip will be specially organized to meet your needs and requirements and directly oriented to view properties in regions of your choice within your budget.

Our clients take the inspection tours very seriously and we make sure that the time spent in Bulgaria is relaxed, informative and as beneficial as possible.

Taking an inspection trip is the most cost-effective, informative and professional way of viewing property in Bulgaria. You can view an extensive portfolio of suitable properties, within your price range, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Direct flight to Bulgaria takes approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes.

When you arrive in Bulgaria one of our English speaking representatives will meet you at the airport. Then you will be accommodated in a local hotel (not lower than 3 stars) in the closest big city of the region you are viewing properties. If your chosen area of inspecting properties is around the Capital, you can alternatively enjoy your stay in a cozy self-catering apartment in the heart of Sofia.

Can clients take an inspection tour when they are not seriously ready to buy?

There is no obligation to buy, but the viewing trips are entirely emphasized to view suitable properties within the client’s budget.

Our inspection tours have been very carefully organized and specially designed for genuine buyers only.

If you onlywish to explore the countrywe respectfully recommend you make your own arrangements.

Some clients try to combine their holiday to Bulgaria with an inspection of property and organize trips themselves. In such cases transportation charges will apply, as follows: 0.30 EUR/km - approximate estimation 60 EUR a day.
